How to Use the Map — Finding and Exploring Locations

A guide to using the Phygii interactive map to explore your locations and media.

Opening the Map

Click Map in the left sidebar under the Explore section. The map opens as a full-screen satellite view showing pins for all of your organization's locations.

Finding a Location on the Map

Each pin on the map represents one of your properties. Click any pin to open a summary panel on the side of the screen. The panel shows the location name, address, and a preview of captured media.

From the summary panel you can click through to the full location detail page to see all tabs, media, and inspection data for that property.

Map Layers

The map supports several types of overlaid information that you can toggle on or off:

  • 360° Image markers — Pins showing where 360° panoramic photos were captured. Click one to open the immersive viewer.
  • HD Photo markers — Pins for high-definition photos taken at the property.
  • Points of Interest — Named points marked by your team at specific locations on the property.
  • Areas of Interest — Regions or zones drawn on the map to highlight specific areas.
  • Raster Overlays — Aerial or orthomosaic image layers placed over the map for a property.
  • Vector Overlays — GIS data layers showing shapes, lines, or zones on the map.
  • Assessment results — Color-coded heatmaps showing AI-analyzed parking lot or roof conditions.

Viewing 360° Images from the Map

When 360° image markers are visible on the map, click any marker to open the immersive viewer directly. You can look around the full 360° view, zoom in, and navigate between nearby capture points.

Navigating Between Locations

Zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel or the on-screen zoom controls. Pan the map by clicking and dragging. The map will display pins for all locations in your organization, so you can get a full geographic overview of your portfolio at a glance.
