Understanding the Dashboard and Navigation
A guide to the Phygii navigation sidebar and dashboard layout.
The Navigation Sidebar
Every page in Phygii has a navigation sidebar on the left side of the screen. It organizes your tools into four sections so you can quickly get to what you need.
Capture
The Capture section gives you access to Assignments — the inspection and data collection forms used by your field team. From here you can see all active assignments, check on responses, and download results.
Explore
The Explore section contains the Map. This is an interactive satellite map showing all of your organization's locations. It is often the fastest way to find a specific property and get a visual overview of your portfolio.
Inform
The Inform section gives you access to Reports. Use this to generate formatted reports based on completed inspection data.
Manage
The Manage section is where most of your day-to-day administration happens. It includes:
- Locations — Your full list of physical properties.
- Projects — Scopes of work tied to locations.
- Programs — Groups of related projects.
- Collections — Curated media galleries.
- Users — Manage who has access to your organization.
Switching Organizations
If your account has access to more than one organization, you will see an Organizations option in the sidebar. Click it to switch between organizations. Each organization has its own set of locations, projects, and users.
Your Profile
To view or update your profile settings, look for your name or profile icon. From there you can manage your personal account information.
