Tracking Task Completion and Image Uploads in a Response

A guide to understanding task and image tracking on inspection responses in Phygii.

Response Statistics

When you open an Assignment Response, you will see three summary cards near the top of the page. These give you a quick read on how the submission is progressing.

Tasks Card

The Tasks card shows:

  • Complete — How many tasks the field team has marked as done.
  • Required Complete — How many of the required tasks have been finished, shown as a fraction (e.g., 8 / 10). A response is not considered complete until all required tasks are done.
  • Total — The total number of tasks in the assignment.

Task Responses Card

The Task Responses card shows:

  • Complete — How many individual task answers have been submitted.
  • Incomplete — How many task answers are still missing.
  • Total — The total number of task responses expected.

Images Card

The Images card shows:

  • Captured — The total number of images the field team took.
  • Uploaded — How many of those images have successfully synced to Phygii. If captured and uploaded counts differ, some images may still be syncing from the field device.

What to Do If Numbers Look Off

If the uploaded count is lower than the captured count, the field team's device may still be syncing. Ask the team member to ensure they have a stable internet connection and check back after a short time. If images remain missing after a reasonable wait, contact your account administrator.
