Understanding the Phygii Score

A guide to understanding the Phygii Score and its three component scores.

What is the Phygii Score?

The Phygii Score is a quality rating for a location's digital record — called a Phygital Twin. It gives you a quick read on how well a property has been documented and how up to date that documentation is. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating a more complete and current digital record.

The score appears at the top of the location detail page if your account has this feature enabled.

The Three Components

The Phygii Score is made up of three component scores:

  • Fidelity — Measures the accuracy, clarity, and resolution of the captured media. A high Fidelity score means the images and data collected at this location are sharp, accurate, and reliable.
  • Completeness — Measures how thoroughly the property has been documented. A high Completeness score means the Phygital Twin has enough detail to support informed decisions about the facility.
  • Currency — Measures how recently the property was captured. A high Currency score means the documentation is up to date and reflects the current condition of the facility.

How to Use the Score

Use the Phygii Score to prioritize which locations may need a new capture visit. A low Currency score, for example, suggests the property documentation is outdated. A low Completeness score may mean certain areas of the facility have not been fully captured yet.

The score is calculated automatically based on the media and data associated with each location — there is no manual input required.
