Organizing Work with Programs

A guide to organizing work with Programs in Phygii.

What Programs Are For

Programs let you group related projects together under one initiative. This is especially useful when you are running the same type of work across many locations — such as an annual inspection cycle or a portfolio-wide renovation audit.

Viewing Your Programs

Click Programs in the left sidebar under the Manage section. You will see a list of all programs in your organization.

Opening a Program

Click any program name to open its detail page. From there you can see all of the projects that belong to this program, manage assignments connected to the program, and review assignment responses.

Assignments at the Program Level

Programs can have Assignments (inspection forms) attached directly to them. When an assignment is linked to a program, it can be completed once per project within that program. This makes it easy to run the same inspection checklist across all locations in a single initiative without setting up the assignment separately for each project.

Tracking Progress Across Projects

From the program detail page, you can see the status of all projects within the program at a glance. This helps you track how much work has been completed across your portfolio as part of a larger initiative.
