Viewing and Managing Projects

A guide to viewing and managing projects in Phygii.

Viewing Your Projects

Click Projects in the left sidebar under the Manage section. You will see a list of all projects in your organization. Each row shows the project name, description, date range, associated location, linked program (if any), and current status.

Opening a Project

Click any project name to open its detail page. The project detail page is organized into tabs:

  • Media — All photos and media uploaded or captured during this project.
  • Users — The team members assigned to this project.
  • Documents — Files and documents attached to this project, such as PDFs, plans, or reports.
  • Assignments — Inspection forms associated with this project and their submitted responses.
  • Collections — Any media collections linked to this project.

Project Status

Each project has a status that indicates where it is in its lifecycle. Common statuses include active, completed, and others your organization may use to track progress. The status is shown as a color-coded chip on both the project list and the project detail page.

Project Dates

Projects have a start date and a completion date. These are shown on the project detail page and help you understand the timeline of work that took place at a location.

Linked Location and Program

Each project is linked to a specific Location and optionally to a Program. These links appear as chips on the project detail page. Click the location chip to jump directly to that location's detail page, or click the program chip to open the associated program.
