Getting Started with Phygii
A step-by-step guide to getting up and running with Phygii for facilities managers.
Welcome to Phygii
Phygii is your facilities intelligence platform. It gives you a single place to view, document, and manage all of your physical locations — from seeing aerial imagery and 360° photos of a property to reviewing inspection results and tracking field team work.
Step 1: Log In
You will receive a login invitation by email. Click the link in the email to set up your credentials. After that, you can log in at any time by going to your organization's Phygii login page and entering your email and password.
Step 2: Understand the Layout
After logging in, you will see a left-hand navigation sidebar divided into four sections:
- Capture — Access Assignments, which are the inspection forms your field team uses.
- Explore — Open the Map to see all of your locations geographically.
- Inform — Generate Reports from completed inspections.
- Manage — Access and manage your Locations, Projects, Programs, Collections, and Users.
Step 3: Explore the Map
Click Map in the left sidebar to see all of your locations on an interactive satellite map. Click any pin to open a quick summary panel for that location and access its media and details.
Step 4: View Your Locations
Click Locations in the sidebar to see a full list of your properties. Click any location name to open its detail page, where you can browse media, review inspections, and check AI-powered assessment results.
Step 5: Check Projects and Programs
A Project is a defined scope of work at a location. A Program is a group of related projects. Use these to track active and past work across your portfolio.
Step 6: Review Inspection Results
Click Assignments in the sidebar to see all inspection forms. Open an Assignment and click the Responses tab to see results submitted by your field team, including task completion stats and uploaded images.
Step 7: Generate a Report
Click Reports in the sidebar to open the Report Builder. Select a format, choose your scope, customize the fields, apply filters, name the file, and click Generate Report to download.
