Filtering and Searching for Content

A guide to using search and filter tools across Phygii.

Finding What You Need

Phygii includes search and filter tools across most list pages — including Locations, Projects, Assignments, and media galleries. These tools help you narrow down large lists quickly.

Searching by Name

On most list pages, you will find a search bar at the top. Type all or part of a name to filter the list in real time. This works for location names, project names, assignment titles, and more.

Filtering Media

When viewing media on a location or project page, you can filter by:

  • Media type — Show only 360° images, HD photos, project photos, videos, or other specific types.
  • Area — Filter by the area of the property where media was captured.
  • Level — Filter by floor or level within a building.
  • Category — Filter by the photo category assigned during capture.
  • Tags — Filter by custom tags applied to media items.

Filtering Assignment Responses

When reviewing inspection responses, you can filter task responses by completion status to quickly see what is done and what still needs attention.

Clearing Filters

To remove active filters and return to the full list, look for a Clear or Reset option near the filter controls. This will restore the default view showing all items.
