How to Download Imagery

A guide to downloading imagery from Phygii.

Downloading a Single Image

You can download any image you have access to in Phygii directly from the media viewer.

  1. Open the image by clicking it on the map or in a media gallery.
  2. Click the Download button (download icon) in the viewer toolbar at the top.
  3. The image file will download to your device.

Downloading Multiple Images at Once

If you need to download several images, use the bulk selection tool on the map:

  1. Activate the Select tool from the map tools menu.
  2. Click individual media markers on the map to select them. Use Shift+click to add items to your selection, or click Select All Visible in the floating toolbar.
  3. Once your images are selected, click the Download action in the bulk actions bar.

There is a limit on how many images you can download at once. If you exceed the limit, you will see a message asking you to reduce your selection.

Tracking Downloads

After starting a download, you can track its progress from the Downloads icon in the top navigation bar. Click the download icon to open the download queue panel, which shows the status of all active and recent downloads.

What Gets Downloaded

When you download an image, you receive the original file as captured — including full resolution 360° panoramas, HD photos, and project photos. The file format matches the original upload.
