Downloading Assignment Data as a CSV

A guide to exporting assignment data as a CSV file from Phygii.

Exporting Assignment Data

Phygii lets you export the data from an assignment as a CSV file. This is useful if you want to analyze inspection results in a spreadsheet, share raw data with colleagues, or archive records outside of the platform.

How to Download the CSV

  1. Click Assignments in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the assignment you want to export.
  3. On the assignment detail page, look for the Download CSV button.
  4. Click it to download a file containing all response data for that assignment.

What the CSV Contains

The exported CSV includes data from all responses submitted for the assignment. Each row typically represents an individual task response, with columns for the project or location, task title, question, answer, completion status, and any other relevant fields captured during the inspection.

Opening the CSV

The CSV file can be opened in any spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Once open, you can sort, filter, and analyze the data as needed.
