How to Create a New Location

A guide to creating new locations in Phygii.

Who Can Create Locations

Creating a new location requires an Organization Admin role. If you do not see the Create button on the Locations page, your role does not have permission for this action.

How to Create a Location

  1. Click Locations in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Create button at the top of the Locations list.
  3. Fill in the location details:
    • Name — A descriptive name for the property (e.g., Store #42 — Eagan, MN).
    • Address — The full street address. Phygii will use this to place the location on the map.
    • Any additional fields your organization has configured.
  4. Click Save to create the location.

After Creating a Location

The new location will appear in your Locations list and as a pin on the map. From there you can:

  • Open the location detail page to add projects, media, and documents
  • Create projects within this location
  • Assign inspection forms to it

Bulk Creating Locations

If you need to add many locations at once, ask your Immersion Data Solutions team about bulk creation options. This is typically done as part of an initial platform setup.
