How to Comment on and Flag Media

A guide to commenting on and flagging media in Phygii.

Leaving Comments on Media

You can leave comments on individual media items — including 360° images, HD photos, project photos, Points of Interest, and Areas of Interest. Comments are a simple way to share feedback, ask questions, or flag issues without leaving the platform.

How to Add a Comment

  1. Open any media item in the viewer by clicking it on the map or in a media gallery.
  2. Look for the Comments section below the media viewer or in a dedicated tab.
  3. Type your comment in the text field and press Send or hit Enter.

Your comment will be visible to all users in your organization who have access to that media item. Comments are threaded, so you can reply to a specific comment to keep the conversation organized.

Editing and Deleting Comments

You can edit or delete your own comments. Look for the menu icon on your comment to see these options. You cannot edit or delete comments made by other users.

Flagging Media

Flagging is a way to mark a media item that needs attention — for example, a blurry photo, an image that was captured in the wrong location, or something that requires follow-up.

How to Flag a Media Item

  1. Open the media item in the viewer.
  2. Click the Flag button (flag icon) in the viewer toolbar at the top of the media.
  3. The item is now flagged. A flag icon will appear on its map marker and in lists.

To unflag an item, click the Flag button again.

Filtering by Flags

On the map, use the Flag Filter control to show only flagged items. This is useful for quickly reviewing everything that has been marked for attention across a location.
